Refund Eligibility:

Refunds for key phrase prices will be considered on a case-by-case basis.Once the contract is signed by the client, we have the authority to charge the card as per the contracted installments.

No refund will be made after 30 days have passed from the start of the service period. In the event that a client's account is canceled by us due to infringement of our terms of business, no refund will be made.

Service Activation and Timeline:

Your service will start immediately upon payment. Due to the various rules of search engines, your listing will appear in Local Search Results within 60 days from the activation and verification date. Activation of your listing may take a maximum of 30 days.

Billing and Cancellation:

The month of SEO services you purchase from DUENCY IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is billed ahead of time.

Clients cannot cancel SEO services in the middle of the month for that month's services. At no time can any part of the current month's SEO funds be refunded.

If you are not 100% satisfied and wish to cancel, you may do so before the beginning of the next month.

We kindly request that you give us one last opportunity to address any concerns before canceling.

Refund Conditions:

If we fail to start the project within 15 days of receiving payment, you will be eligible for a full refund.

If the information provided by you is incorrect and you request a refund after receiving our services or reports, a full or partial refund will not be possible.

If you decide not to proceed with the project within 48 hours of making payment, you can request a full refund.

If you contact us for project cancellation after 48 hours, we will deduct the proportionate amount for the work completed and refund you accordingly.

If you are unsatisfied with the incomplete portion of the project, you can request a proportional refund for the remaining work.

Timely Information Sharing:

To ensure the smooth progress of the project, it is essential for the client to provide the desired information in a timely manner.

Delays in providing necessary information may impact project timelines, and no refund will be provided based on delayed progress due to missing information.
